What neighborhoods do you serve?
We cover Decatur (30030), Oakhurst, Avondale Estates, Winnona Park, Decatur Heights, and Lenox Place / MAK. If you're just outside, reach out — we'll point you to a trusted neighbor.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Every walker is fully insured, bonded, and background-checked. We carry pet care liability coverage on every visit.
How do I book my first visit?
Send us a note through the Contact page. We'll schedule a free in-home meet & greet, learn your pet's routine, and get you onto the schedule from there.
What does a typical walk look like?
30 or 60-minute neighborhood walks tailored to your dog's pace. You'll get a GPS-tracked map, photo updates, and a short note after every visit.
Do you offer overnight or weekend care?
Yes — in-home overnight sitting and weekend drop-ins are both available. Weekend and holiday bookings fill quickly, so book early when you can.
What if my pet has medication or special needs?
We routinely handle oral meds, injections (including insulin), senior care, and post-surgery routines. Let us know during the meet & greet and we'll build it into the visit plan.
How do payments work?
We invoice monthly via card or ACH. Recurring weekly clients can set up auto-pay. No long-term contracts — cancel or change service anytime.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before a scheduled visit at no charge. Same-day cancellations are billed at 50% so we can compensate the walker who held the slot.
